New Partnership for TIP and DDM
The Insurance Partnership teams up with DDM Residential to form new Commercial Finance venture.
Hull-based Insurance Partnership Commercial Finance Ltd has recently teamed up with Lincolnshire’s leading estate and letting agent DDM, to create DDM Commercial Finance. The new venture will offer a wide range of finance options to commercial property owners wishing to sell, lease or rent buildings.
DDM’s first commercial property event will be held on 24th November, 6.30pm at the Forest Pines Hotel in North Lincolnshire and the DDM Commercial team will be in attendance to meet with prospective clients. This will be one of the largest property auctions in the area, with 27entries and a capital value in the region of £2,500,000.
DDM Commercial Finance is able to provide clients with a ‘whole of market’ appraisal and can access funding from multinational banks and boutique specialist funders that is not generally available through normal connections. Mark Waite from The Insurance Partnership will take up the role of Commercial Finance Advisor for the new division.
