In all workplaces across the country issues occur on a daily basis in relation to absenteeism, Discipline and Grievance, redundancy & problematic employees. This course gives the background knowledge to a number of different HR/ Employment Law issues in the workplace as well as the information required for carrying out procedures. The course would primarily suit Managers & Directors of Companies.
